SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments with USPS. You are also responsible for tracking the progress of your shipment and ensuring you collect your parcel from your local post office if an attempted delivery has failed. If you fail to collect your shipment and your order is returned to sender, you are liable for the re-shipment cost and no refunds will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE -
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release you order from customs on arrival. SAAVAUNT will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you familarise yourself with any import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package.
