Processing, Shipping + Handling

Our packages are shipped with love, care and optimum security to assure your items arrive as we intend. 

Please allow 2-3 Business days for orders to be processed.

Shipping is currently based in New York City. We are working diligently to discover the most cost-effective shipping method to provide our customers. Depending on shipping speed chosen at checkout, your items should arrive within 3 - 5 Days after fulfillment date. Every order is accompanied with a tracking number.                                                                                      

Refund
We, unfortunately, do not offer refunds but please see our exchange policy.

Exchanges
Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days after the arrival of your order.  If 14 days have gone by after the arrival of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible to exchange, your item must be un the same condition it arrived. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange for an item of equal value, send us an email at contact@saavaunt.com

SAAVAUNT will cover the shipping costs to return and replace your damaged goods.
